DART presented in Galway, 8.12.2010

On the 8.12.2010, the Director of the West Regional Authority presented the DART project and progress to date at a meeting attended by the Directors of the other seven regional authorities, who in turn will disseminate details to relevant stakeholders within their own areas. The demographic crisis existing in Western Europe has been recognized in Lower Silesia as well. Thus there is necessity of massive campaiging and to undertake some actions in the field of social policy especially on the sub-regional or even sub-national level, just like the DART Project does. It helps to gather valid demographic statistics and strengthens self–governmental bodies in their preventive actions.
